You’ve got to love like you’ve never been hurt

You’ve got to sing like there’s nobody listening

You’ve got to live like its heaven on earth.

Religion is lived by people who are afraid of hell. Spirituality is lived by people who have been through hell and come out enlightened.

Faith is not belief without proof Trust without reservation.

A woman’s heart should be so hidden in Christ that a man should have to seek Him first to find her.

Exercise/ Prayer/support of my Spiritual approach:

I recommend Mindfullness, living in the present and forgiveness. I encourage and invite you to read the short reflection of "I Am" and then move into the practice taken from Richard Rohr's daily meditation:
I was regretting the past and fearing the future. Suddenly my Lord was speaking.
"MY NAME IS I AM"
He paused. I waited. He continued,
"WHEN YOU LIVE INTHE PAST WITH ITS MISTAKES AND REGRETS, ITS HARD. I AM NOT THERE. MY NAME IS NOT I WAS."
WHEN YOU LIVE IN THE FUTURE, WITH ALL ITS PROBLEMS AND FEARS, ITS HARD. I AM NOT THERE. MY NAME IS NOT I WILL BE.
WHEN YOU LIVE IN THIS MOMENT IT IS NOT HARD. I AM HERE. MY NAME IS I AM."
