and more…

I believe in a Bio/Psycho/Social/Spiritual/Emotional perspective. I believe the whole person is important in mental health healing. I also believe in life long learning and growing. Life is a journey, if we stop learning and growing our journey becomes stunted. Having support on our journey is critical. I am here to help support my clients on their journey. An element of the therapeutic process is to hold each client supportively as they find support within them selves and discover outside support and resources to help the healing process.
